Terms and Conditions of advertising within publications produced via Spider Solutions Publishing Ltd
Dispatch Magazine, The Guide Series and the Town Guides for Attleborough, Dereham, Diss, Thetford, Watton and Wymondham are owned and published by Spider Solutions Publishing Ltd. - Any proofs of adverts sent for approval are for that purpose only and should not be used without the express written permission of Spider Solutions.
- Artwork release will carry a one off charge if it is to be used in any other publication, except within the appropriate publication for which it was designed.
- Spider Solutions retain the copyright of all adverts they design, unless the artwork release fee has been paid.
- When Spider Solutions Publishing Ltd design an advert, a maximum of 2 additional changes may be made once the original proof is forwarded. Any changes required after the initial 2 amendments will be charged for.
- Any cancellations for advertising made after the design work is carried out will incur an administration/design fee.
- If more than one advert is booked, in either multiple publications or for a series of months, the rate quoted will be honoured by Spider Solutions. If however, for any reason you need to cancel this booking, you will be invoiced for the difference between the full cost and the discounted rate you have been given, for the period you have advertised.
- Invoices will be sent once the publication has gone to print, around the 20th of each month. If any changes are required to your advert please notify us by the 10th of the month.
- Our trading terms regarding payment are: all advertisers are required to sign up to the Direct Debit payment scheme. We will send our invoice when the publication goes to print, around the 20th of each month. If you’ve got a query about the invoice, there will be plenty of time to contact us about it, before payment is collected on the 15th of the following month. And of course, you’ll only get an invoice and we’ll only take payment, if you’ve placed an advert, and don’t forget you are covered by cast iron Direct Debit guarantees.
